We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence, ensure high-quality publishing, identify and leverage trends (especially from the U.S. market), and provide actionable insights through competitor research and performance reporting. Trend &amp; Content Support</h3><ul><li>
Monitor and deliver the latest social media trends, especially those relevant to the accounts under management.</li><li>
Identify and track trending hashtags, viral formats, and content styles in the U.S. market, and regularly share them with the content team.</li><li>
Provide creative references and examples of viral content to inspire innovative account strategies.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Account Management &amp; Growth</h3><ul><li>
Handle daily publishing across all social media platforms with zero errors.</li><li>
Review and approve all posts before publishing to ensure brand consistency and quality.</li><li>
Manage account setup, access, and security (open/close accounts when needed).</li><li>
Develop strategies to grow accounts, increase engagement, and optimize performance.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Reporting &amp; Analytics</h3><ul><li>
Generate detailed reports on performance metrics from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat Ads Manager.</li><li>

Competitor &amp; Market Research</h3><ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive research on competitor accounts and industry benchmarks.</li><li>
