Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment committed to excellence.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiological evaluations.</li><li>Diagnose acute and chronic conditions utilizing clinical judgment, diagnostic testing, and evidence-based practices.</li><li>Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication administration, injections, suturing, and wound care.</li><li>Manage complex cases such as ICU patients, patients requiring dialysis or ventilator support, and those in emergency or urgent care settings.</li><li>Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9/CPT).</li><li>Collaborate with specialists in fields like gastroenterology, infectious disease care, behavioral health, geriatrics, and pediatric medicine to coordinate comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Provide health coaching, patient education on medication use, nutrition, disease prevention, and post-discharge planning.</li><li>Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement projects to advance healthcare practices and patient safety standards.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with diverse populations including children, accident patients and palliative medicine patients.</li><li>Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems ; familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, diagnostic evaluation techniques (sonography), and medical imaging.</li><li>Skilled in performing procedures like IV insertion/infusion, knee aspiration or esthetic laser treatments.</li><li>Knowledge of CPT coding for billing purposes; understanding of Workers' Compensation law and utilization review processes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays</li><li>This role is designed for energetic professionals eager to advance their clinical expertise while making a tangible difference in patients&rsquo; lives through dedicated nursing practice.
