This position offers flexible hours, paid training, and the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role as the business expands.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative &amp; Client Experience<ul><li>Manage client scheduling, rescheduling, and waitlists using Boulevard or similar spa/clinic software</li><li>Assist with client check‑ins, check‑outs, and membership/package sales</li><li>Maintain clinical‑grade hygiene and ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared</li><li>Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures</li><li>Create and manage spreadsheets, logs, receipts, and administrative documents</li><li>Track expenses and assist with inventory management</li><li>Provide a polished, professional, and team‑oriented presence</li><li>Help clients understand services and confidently support closing sales</li><li>Prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively</li></ul>Social Media, Digital Marketing &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Create, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms</li><li>Capture in‑spa content (photos, videos, behind‑the‑scenes moments)</li><li>Edit reels, stories, and short‑form videos using mobile or desktop tools</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all posts</li><li>Manage and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer</li><li>Develop graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Creative Suite</li><li>Conduct social listening and monitor analytics using Google Analytics</li><li>Assist with SEO tasks, including keyword research and content optimization</li><li>Support public‑relations initiatives (drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach)</li><li>Contribute to e‑commerce visuals and product descriptions</li><li>Assist in planning and executing Facebook Advertising campaigns</li><li>Maintain organized records of social media activities and marketing campaigns</li><li>Proofread all digital content for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher)</li><li>Experience with Boulevard or comparable scheduling software</li><li>Demonstrated experience creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok</li><li>Ability to film, edit, and publish short‑form video content</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in a clinical environment</li><li>Excellent communication and customer‑service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure</li><li>Professional demeanor and a collaborative, team‑first attitude</li><li>Strong proofreading skills and high attention to detail</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in a MedSpa, wellness clinic, or aesthetic environment</li><li>Familiarity with brand‑aligned content creation</li><li>Comfort with light sales, upselling, or membership conversations</li><li>Experience with SEO, analytics, or digital marketing tools</li><li>Experience with inventory systems or administrative workflows</li><li>Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager</li><li>Experience with public relations or branding initiatives</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Growth<ul><li>Part‑time to start (flexible hours; weekdays + occasional Saturdays)</li><li>Opportunity to transition into a full‑time role as the business expands</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience</li><li>Employee treatment perks</li><li>Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing MedSpa</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
