Overview
As the Administrative, Social Media & Client Experience Associate, you will support daily operations, client scheduling, facility hygiene, and administrative workflows — while also helping create compelling digital content that strengthens our brand presence.
You will play a key role in client engagement, content creation, and operational support. This position offers flexible hours, paid training, and the opportunity to grow into a full‑time role as the business expands.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Client Experience
- Manage client scheduling, rescheduling, and waitlists using Boulevard or similar spa/clinic software
- Assist with client check‑ins, check‑outs, and membership/package sales
- Maintain clinical‑grade hygiene and ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Create and manage spreadsheets, logs, receipts, and administrative documents
- Track expenses and assist with inventory management
- Provide a polished, professional, and team‑oriented presence
- Help clients understand services and confidently support closing sales
- Prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively
Social Media, Digital Marketing & Content Creation
- Create, edit, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture in‑spa content (photos, videos, behind‑the‑scenes moments)
- Edit reels, stories, and short‑form videos using mobile or desktop tools
- Maintain brand consistency across all posts
- Manage and schedule posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
- Develop graphics and visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Creative Suite
- Conduct social listening and monitor analytics using Google Analytics
- Assist with SEO tasks, including keyword research and content optimization
- Support public‑relations initiatives (drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach)
- Contribute to e‑commerce visuals and product descriptions
- Assist in planning and executing Facebook Advertising campaigns
- Maintain organized records of social media activities and marketing campaigns
- Proofread all digital content for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Publisher)
- Experience with Boulevard or comparable scheduling software
- Demonstrated experience creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Ability to film, edit, and publish short‑form video content
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in a clinical environment
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
- Professional demeanor and a collaborative, team‑first attitude
- Strong proofreading skills and high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a MedSpa, wellness clinic, or aesthetic environment
- Familiarity with brand‑aligned content creation
- Comfort with light sales, upselling, or membership conversations
- Experience with SEO, analytics, or digital marketing tools
- Experience with inventory systems or administrative workflows
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with public relations or branding initiatives
