The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a solid understanding of the Amazon FBA wholesale model. This role will involve hands-on participation in various aspects of our Amazon operations, from product sourcing and listing to inventory management and sales analysis. The intern will work closely with the e-commerce manager to optimize our Amazon store's performance and contribute to our overall sales growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Product Research and Sourcing:</li><li>Conduct in-depth product research to identify profitable wholesale opportunities on Amazon.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to inform product selection.</li><li>Utilize product research tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa) to validate product viability.</li><li>Assist in identifying and vetting potential wholesale suppliers and distributors.</li><li>Listing and Optimization:</li><li>Create and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central.</li><li>Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords for improved search visibility and conversion rates.</li><li>Ensure listings are accurate, compelling, and compliant with Amazon's policies.</li><li>Inventory Management:</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.</li><li>Assist in creating and managing FBA shipments to Amazon's fulfillment centers.</li><li>Track inbound shipments and resolve any discrepancies.</li><li>Have a working knowledge of inventory replenishment strategies.</li><li>Account Health and Performance:</li><li>Monitor key account health metrics and take proactive measures to maintain a healthy seller account.</li><li>Assist in managing customer feedback and reviews.</li><li>Stay updated on Amazon's terms of service and policy changes.</li><li>Sales Analysis and Reporting:</li><li>Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li><li>Assist in preparing regular reports on sales, inventory, and advertising performance.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Experience:</li><li>Demonstrable experience with the Amazon FBA wholesale business model.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.</li><li>Familiarity with the entire process of sourcing, listing, and shipping products for FBA.</li><li>Knowledge:</li><li>Solid understanding of e-commerce principles and the Amazon marketplace.</li><li>Knowledge of product research methodologies and tools.</li><li>Basic understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) in e-commerce, such as conversion rate, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), and ROI (Return on Investment).</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.</li><li>Experience with Amazon seller tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar platforms is highly desirable.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.</li></ul>This job description is designed for an intern who can hit the ground running and make a tangible contribution to the team from day one, leveraging their existing knowledge and experience in the Amazon FBA wholesale space.Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 1 monthPay: From Rs15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
