About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Wholesale FBA Consultant to manage and scale our US-based Amazon operations. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the wholesale business model, a proven track record of securing profitable brand accounts, and the operational expertise to maintain flawless account health.
You will be responsible for end-to-end wholesale operations, from identifying top-selling products and vetting authentic distributors to managing inventory and resolving compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Sourcing & Vetting: Identify, contact, and open wholesale accounts directly with brands, manufacturers, and authorized regional distributors.
- Fraud Prevention: Rigorously verify supplier authenticity, business registrations, and industry reputation to prevent supply chain fraud and ensure all invoices meet Amazon’s strict ungating requirements.
- Catalog & Product Research: Analyze market trends and competitor data to source high-margin, top-selling products, with a strong focus on consumer electronics, mobile technology, and established retail brands.
- Account Health Management: Proactively monitor and protect Amazon account health. Swiftly address and resolve intellectual property (IP) complaints and inauthenticity claims.
- Compliance & Appeals: Prepare comprehensive evidence dossiers and supply chain documentation to successfully navigate and resolve complex account reviews, including Section 3 supply chain verifications.
- FBA Inventory Management: Forecast demand, create shipment plans, and ensure efficient routing of stock to US fulfillment centers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA Wholesale accounts, specifically in the US marketplace.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success in opening direct wholesale accounts and a strong understanding of how to negotiate with US-based suppliers. Experience sourcing brands in the consumer electronics sector is highly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Amazon’s Terms of Service, Seller Central operations, and inventory management software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven experience drafting appeals, communicating with Amazon Seller Support, and successfully recovering accounts from policy violations or supply chain reviews.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for negotiating with suppliers and handling corporate documentation.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to manage complex invoices, tax compliance documentation, and corporate structures for foreign-owned entities.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
