We partner with leading retailers to connect with homeowners ready to make a change.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Energy Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will meet with pre-qualified leads generated by our in-store representatives and guide customers through the process of improving their home&rsquo;s energy efficiency. This is a closing position &mdash; you&rsquo;ll be responsible for turning warm, qualified leads into satisfied customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads from our retail partners.</li><li>Educate customers on solar, battery storage, and energy efficiency options.</li><li>Create tailored proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process.</li><li>Close deals and manage the customer relationship through installation handoff.</li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and field teams to optimize conversion performance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1+ years of successful experience in sales, preferably in solar, home improvement, or energy consulting.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding closing goals.</li><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, professional, and driven to help customers make smart energy decisions.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Pre-set, qualified appointments (no cold calling).</li><li>Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (top performers earn $150k+).</li><li>Earn equity in the company</li><li>Ongoing training, certification support, and career growth opportunities.</li><li>A mission-driven team making a real environmental impact.</li></ul>Compensation Earnings Potential: $90,000 &ndash; $150,000+ per year (Commission)Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Solar Closing : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Cleveland, OH 44109 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
