Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Energy Consultant to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will meet with pre-qualified leads generated by our in-store representatives and guide customers through the process of improving their home’s energy efficiency. This is a closing position — you’ll be responsible for turning warm, qualified leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads from our retail partners.
• Educate customers on solar, battery storage, and energy efficiency options.
• Create tailored proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process.
• Close deals and manage the customer relationship through installation handoff.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and field teams to optimize conversion performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of successful experience in sales, preferably in solar, home improvement, or energy consulting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding closing goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, professional, and driven to help customers make smart energy decisions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation Earnings Potential: $90,000 – $150,000+ per year (Commission)
