What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></div><div>
As the backbone of our stockroom operations, you will:</div><ul><li>
Take full ownership of stockroom organization and accuracy</li><li>
Manage all incoming and outgoing materials</li><li>
Pull job kits and flag discrepancies to leadership</li><li>
Verify part numbers, quantities, and inspect materials as needed</li><li>
Enter data into our ERP system to maintain inventory integrity</li><li>
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks</li><li>
Investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions</li><li>
Maintain clear, accurate documentation</li></ul><div><b>
What You Bring</b></div><ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of inventory control or related experience</li><li>
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus!)</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</li><li>
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills</li><li>
Willingness to work overtime as needed</li></ul><div><b>

Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, scales, reel counters)</li><li>
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting</li><li>
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety</li></ul><div><b>
 Physical Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)</li><li>
Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs</li><li>
Bending, reaching, stooping, pushing/pulling as needed</li><li>
Comfortable using ladders or step stools</li></ul><div><b>
