What You’ll Do

As the backbone of our stockroom operations, you will:

Take full ownership of stockroom organization and accuracy
Manage all incoming and outgoing materials
Pull job kits and flag discrepancies to leadership
Verify part numbers, quantities, and inspect materials as needed
Enter data into our ERP system to maintain inventory integrity
Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks
Investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions
Maintain clear, accurate documentation

What You Bring

1–3 years of inventory control or related experience
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus!)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Willingness to work overtime as needed

Skills That Set You Apart

Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, scales, reel counters)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs
Bending, reaching, stooping, pushing/pulling as needed
Comfortable using ladders or step stools
