Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Nanny/Household Manager to provide exceptional childcare and household support for a busy family of six. This role combines nurturing child-focused care with efficient household management, ensuring a safe, organized, and loving environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. You will play a vital role in supporting the family's daily routines, managing household tasks, and fostering a positive atmosphere for everyone involved.Duties<ul><li>Provide attentive childcare for children of different ages, including infants and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, development, and emotional well-being</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences</li><li>Engage children in educational activities, playtime, and developmental exercises aligned with their age groups</li><li>Perform light household chores such as cleaning, laundry, organizing toys and supplies to maintain a tidy living space</li><li>Assist with diapering, feeding, bathing, and other infant/toddler care routines using best practices like first aid when necessary</li><li>Support children with preschool activities and teaching moments that promote learning and social skills</li><li>Manage household schedules including appointments, extracurricular activities, and transportation arrangements</li><li>Work compassionately with children who have special needs or disabilities by implementing appropriate caregiving strategies</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working as a nanny or household manager with children of various ages, especially infants and toddlers</li><li>Knowledge of childcare best practices including first aid certification and emergency response procedures</li><li>Hands-on experience in meal preparation and light housekeeping within a family setting</li><li>Familiarity with working with children who have disabilities or special needs is preferred</li><li>Prior experience in daycare or babysitting roles demonstrating responsibility in child supervision and safety management</li><li>Demonstrated ability to teach or assist with early childhood education activities</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage household routines efficiently while maintaining a warm, nurturing environment</li></ul>Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Associate (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nannying: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Spanish (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CPR Certification (Required)</li><li>First Aid Certification (Required)</li><li>BLS Certification (Required)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Required)</li><li>Night Shift (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
