Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to capture stunning images and videos of properties for marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for photography, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content that showcases properties in their best light.Duties<ul><li>Capture high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all images are well-composed and visually appealing.</li><li>Having a video background can help result in more pay per shoot.</li><li>part 107 not needed but encouraged to help increase pay per shoot.</li><li>There is a fair amount of driving but we compensate .35/mile.</li><li>Uploading photos into dropbox.</li><li>Must be friendly and willing to do the little extra to make clients remember our services.</li><li>Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the best angles and lighting are utilized.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends in photography, videography, and real estate marketing.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate work.</li><li>Experience in video production is highly desirable.</li><li>Background in sales is a plus, providing an understanding of effective communication strategies.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.</li><li>If you have a passion for capturing beautiful spaces through your lens and possess the necessary skills to bring properties to life visually, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Real Estate Photographer.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: From $35.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
