Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer to capture stunning images and videos of properties for marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for photography, and the ability to produce high-quality visual content that showcases properties in their best light.

Duties

• Capture high-quality photographs of residential and commercial properties, ensuring all images are well-composed and visually appealing.
• Having a video background can help result in more pay per shoot.
• part 107 not needed but encouraged to help increase pay per shoot.
• There is a fair amount of driving but we compensate .35/mile.
• Uploading photos into dropbox.
• Must be friendly and willing to do the little extra to make clients remember our services.
• Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the best angles and lighting are utilized.
• Stay updated with industry trends in photography, videography, and real estate marketing.

Experience

• Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate work.
• Experience in video production is highly desirable.
• Background in sales is a plus, providing an understanding of effective communication strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
