Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

We’re hiring a Real Estate Photographer / Media Team Member to support ongoing real estate and marketing shoots in the Southern Ocean County area.

Position: Real Estate Photographer
Location: Tuckerton, NJ region
Hours: 20–40 hours/week
Start Date: Immediate

This is an entry-level to intermediate position with paid training. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, coachable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Real estate media experience is a plus, but attitude, availability, and dependability matter most.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and/or assist on real estate shoots
• Capture interior/exterior photo and video content
• Backup and organize media to Google Drive
• Help maintain gear readiness and file organization
• Travel to properties throughout the region
• Occasionally assist with basic video, drone, or production tasks

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be available 7 days/week for scheduling flexibility
• (you will not necessarily work every day)
• Familiarity with cameras, lenses, framing, and composition

• Comfortable using computers and Google Drive
• Strong communication and punctuality
• Ability to move quickly and work independentlyHuge Plus

• FAA Part 107 Drone License
• Familiarity with Canon cameras
• Lightroom, Premiere, or editing knowledge
• Real estate photography experience

Hiring Process

• One interview
• One paid on-site testing/training day
• Approximately 2 weeks of hands-on training before full onboarding
