Job DescriptionYou will execute daily, weekly and month-end tasks for inventory and e-commerce based clients. Your job is to follow SOP checklists, prepare reports, support reconciliations, maintain trackers, and flag exceptions early with proper evidence. You will work under a Team LeadWhat you will do (Core Responsibilities)<ul><li>Execute daily, weekly SOP tasks for assigned clients (checklists + trackers)</li><li>Pull and prepare reports from inventory/ERP and accounting systems (stock on hand, valuation, PO/SO ageing, adjustments logs)</li><li>Support inventory reconciliation by location/warehouse and prepare variance summaries</li><li>Support payout/settlement reconciliation preparation (reports, exception lists, supporting schedules)</li><li>Track open items: unreceived POs, billed-not-received, shipped-not-invoiced, negative stock risks</li><li>Maintain clean documentation: file naming, working papers, evidence, update logs</li><li>Escalate mismatches quickly with screenshots/exports and notes</li></ul>Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)<ul><li>3 years experience in an inventory-based business (trading/manufacturing/distribution/retail/e-commerce)</li><li>Worked on inventory processes: PO, GRN/receipts, sales orders, stock adjustments, returns</li><li>Basic understanding of accounting entries related to inventory and COGS</li><li>Experience using any inventory/ERP system + any accounting system</li><li>Good Excel/Google Sheets skills</li><li>Discipline for deadlines, checklists, and documentation</li></ul>Competencies (What we will test in interview)<ul><li>Accuracy: follows steps and produces clean working papers</li><li>Data handling: can export, format, and support reconciliations</li><li>Exception spotting: identifies mismatches early and shares proof</li><li>Responsiveness: updates trackers and closes tasks on time</li><li>Basic inventory logic: understands what actions impact stock and valuation</li></ul>Experience Required<ul><li>2 years in inventory/operations accounting, reconciliation support, or bookkeeping in a product business</li><li>E-commerce exposure is a plus</li></ul>Education<ul><li>CA Inter or CMA Intermediary is must</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Cost accounting: 3 years (Required)</li><li>Manufacturing Accounting: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Product Costing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Subhanpura, Vadodara, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
