Job Description
You will execute daily, weekly and month-end tasks for inventory and e-commerce based clients. Your job is to follow SOP checklists, prepare reports, support reconciliations, maintain trackers, and flag exceptions early with proper evidence. You will work under a Team Lead
What you will do (Core Responsibilities)
- Execute daily, weekly SOP tasks for assigned clients (checklists + trackers)
- Pull and prepare reports from inventory/ERP and accounting systems (stock on hand, valuation, PO/SO ageing, adjustments logs)
- Support inventory reconciliation by location/warehouse and prepare variance summaries
- Support payout/settlement reconciliation preparation (reports, exception lists, supporting schedules)
- Track open items: unreceived POs, billed-not-received, shipped-not-invoiced, negative stock risks
- Maintain clean documentation: file naming, working papers, evidence, update logs
- Escalate mismatches quickly with screenshots/exports and notes
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
- 3 years experience in an inventory-based business (trading/manufacturing/distribution/retail/e-commerce)
- Worked on inventory processes: PO, GRN/receipts, sales orders, stock adjustments, returns
- Basic understanding of accounting entries related to inventory and COGS
- Experience using any inventory/ERP system + any accounting system
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Discipline for deadlines, checklists, and documentation

- Data handling: can export, format, and support reconciliations
- Exception spotting: identifies mismatches early and shares proof
- Responsiveness: updates trackers and closes tasks on time
- Basic inventory logic: understands what actions impact stock and valuation
Experience Required
- 2 years in inventory/operations accounting, reconciliation support, or bookkeeping in a product business
- E-commerce exposure is a plus
Education
- CA Inter or CMA Intermediary is must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
