Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for young children. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding children through their early developmental stages, fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children&rsquo;s lives while working in a dynamic and supportive setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development and early learning skills.</li><li>Supervise and engage with children during play, learning activities, nap times, meals, and outdoor time to ensure safety and enjoyment.</li><li>Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation, respect, and social skills among children.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children&rsquo;s progress, needs, and any concerns.</li><li>Assist with diapering, feeding, and basic caregiving tasks for infants and toddlers as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures when necessary.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.</li><li>Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and engage families positively.</li><li>Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners.
