VoltAire Systems, an HVAC manufacturer in Orlando FL, is seeking a self-motivated and outgoing individual who is looking for a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Purchasing &amp; Operations Coordinator. The position will provide daily support for operations including coordination with the shop floor for production, as well as other operations tasks including:Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement &amp; Materials Management<ul><li>Receive and process purchase orders and confirmations</li><li>Submit POs and manage the PO report (including overdue orders)</li><li>Track incoming materials and confirm receipts in Misys</li><li>Create manufacturing orders, print travelers, and labels</li></ul>Shipping &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Generate shipping documents and arrange transportation</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and freight partners</li><li>Create RMAs and MMRs</li><li>Print manuals and documentation as needed</li></ul>Customer Order Entry and Billing<ul><li>Create Sales Orders</li><li>Invoice customers</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Vendor Support<ul><li>Source vendors for materials and services</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and records</li></ul>Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal skills, strong organizational are required.If you are looking for a career with growth potential and are committed to personal and professional development, we have a great opportunity for you!Qualifications<ul><li>2+ years experience in purchasing, order coordination, or logistics</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines</li></ul>VoltAire is an equal opportunity employer and drug free facility.
