In Istanbul, over 50,000 buses operate at 31% efficiency. These buses, which contribute to the city's traffic with empty seats, could also be the solution to its problem. Volt Lines is the only shuttle service provider that has both software as well as a transport service. This allows for optimal harmonization of the software and operation resulting in the creation of great experiences and services. Notable examples of these innovative services include DRT and Marketplace. DRT (short for Demand-Responsive Transport) was covered by a Harvard Business School case study that is being taught at the MBA school. Marketplace on the other hand allows companies to sell empty seats on their buses to neighboring passengers who are going in the same direction at the same time.

We're looking for an Operational Excellence &amp; Finance Manager to join us in shaping the future of urban transportation using the latest technologies. This role combines sales execution, account management, billing ownership, and reporting responsibilities. You will support new business opportunities while ensuring strong retention, financial accuracy, and operational alignment.
Financial Planning, Budgeting &amp; Supplier Management:<ul><li>
Drive financial planning and system optimization for supplier performance, ensuring accurate budgeting and improved operational efficiencies.</li><li>
Develop comprehensive budget forecasts across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly timelines to track variances and drive actionable decisions.</li><li>
Iteratively refine supplier earning structures to achieve higher cost-efficiency and profitability metrics, leveraging data-driven approaches.</li><li>
Closely monitor supplier progress billings and cost accounting processes, ensuring supplier costs are accurately and efficiently reconciled with actual field operations.</li></ul>
Operations Management &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>
Construct and present comprehensive performance analysis reports to the C-Level, integrating financial data and operational metrics to drive strategic decisions and continuously improve operational efficiency.</li><li>
Proactively monitor, report, and ensure the resolution of daily field operation issues (e.g., delays, vehicle/driver problems/low ratings).</li><li>
Coordinate commercial and field teams to maximize operational efficiency and optimize daily capacity utilization.</li></ul>
Process Improvement &amp; System Optimization:<ul><li>
Identify inefficiencies in field operations and deploy system improvements utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of operations and financial models.</li><li>
Continuously analyze existing operational processes to enhance customer and driver satisfaction.</li><li>
Propose and implement technology-driven, scalable process improvements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to eliminate recurring issues.</li></ul>
Owned Fleet Financial Management &amp; Analysis:<ul><li>
Oversee the end-to-end tracking and analysis of revenue, income, and operational costs associated with the owned fleet.</li><li>
Manage P&amp;L (Profit &amp; Loss) statements and develop dynamic rolling forecasts to accurately predict financial performance and guide business strategies.</li><li>
Conduct comprehensive variance analyses to identify the root causes of fluctuations (increases or decreases) in costs and revenues.</li><li>
Prepare and present detailed financial performance reports and strategic recommendations directly to C-Level executives.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
3-5+ years of proven experience in Business Operations, Financial Planning, Operations Management, or Strategic Planning.</li><li>
Deep understanding of P&amp;L management, large-scale budgeting, rolling forecasts, and complex financial analysis.</li><li>
Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus.</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills (reporting, analysis, data management).
</li><li>Ability to bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning (C-Level reporting) and hands-on, day-to-day field operations.</li><li>
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).</li>

As the FP&amp;A Manager, you will be the architectural lead for our financial health. You will own the entire financial lifecycle&mdash;from the granular accuracy of the 2-person accounting team to high-level rolling forecasts that drive our strategic decisions. This is a &quot;player-coach&quot; role requiring high-level IFRS/Local GAAP knowledge, operational rigor in fleet management, and the ability to manage external stakeholders (banks/tax authorities) with finesse.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)<ul><li>
Own the &quot;Landing&quot; (2x/month), Monthly Closing, and Rolling Forecasts.</li><li>
Transform raw data into actionable insights, specifically regarding fleet performance and unit economics.</li><li>
Monitor macro-economic indicators (CPI/PPI, fuel parity) to proactively adjust pricing and cost structures.</li></ul>
Financial Control &amp; Operations<ul><li>
Full Statement Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for the P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.</li><li>
Treasury: Manage liquidity, FX exposure (crucial for TR operations), and bank relationships.</li><li>
Governance: Act as a checkpoint for payroll execution, variable incentive calculations, and all employee/driver payouts.</li></ul>
Compliance<ul><li>
Tax &amp; Audit: Manage tax accruals, maintain the relationship with the Tax Office, and support the annual external audit process.</li><li>
Process Improvement: Build the &quot;guardrails&quot; for expenses and payouts to ensure zero leakage.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Experience: 6&ndash;8 years in Finance/Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or Senior FP&amp;A capacity.</li><li>
Language: Native Turkish speaker with excellent English (written and verbal) for reporting and C-suite collaboration.</li><li>
Technical: Advanced Excel/Financial Modeling is a must; experience with ERPs (e.g., Logo, SAP, Oracle) and IFRS reporting is highly preferred.</li><li>
Industry: Experience in logistics, fleet management, or operationally heavy sectors is a massive plus.</li></ul>
