<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What are you going to do?</b></h2><p></p><ul><li>
Assists in conducting preliminary phone screens with viable candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, abilities, and cultural suitability for all positions</li><li>
Partners with Director of Human Resources/hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/staffing plans to meet current and future business requirements</li><li>
Analyzes job descriptions carefully and compares them to candidate employment records (e.g., resumes, job applications, LinkedIn, Indeed profiles, etc.) to ensure candidates meet established minimum job requirements</li><li>
Provides recommendations to advance a candidate or not in interview process to Director of Human Resources and hiring managers post interview</li><li>
Coordinates second and third interview appointments for management\</li><li>
Identifies and engages with engineering talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media websites, employee referrals, and relevant professional networking events</li><li>
Creates and maintains a strategic pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future business needs</li><li>
In collaboration with Director of Human Resources, assists with recruitment events when needed</li><li>
Collects candidate feedback during interview process and shares insight accordingly including clarification on essential responsibilities of positions, market pay data, benefits, etc.</li><li>
Tracks and monitors candidates and their respective phase in the proprietary interview process</li><li>
Stays abreast in computer numerical control (CNC) machinery and steel industries and applies best practices in engineering recruitment</li><li>

We ask</b></h2><p></p><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>
Ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects at the same time</li><li>
At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting required, experience in hiring for engineering roles a huge plus</li><li>
A valid driver's license and passport in case of travel abroad</li><li>
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, both written, and verbal.</li><li>
Being able to speak, read, and write the English language required</li><li>
Computer proficiency (i.e., Microsoft Office &ndash; Word, Excel and Outlook, Teams, etc.) at least two years</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
