Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implementing and managing HR policies and procedures</li><li>Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks</li><li>Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases</li><li>Managing employee benefits and compensation packages</li><li>Monitoring labour / contract staff</li><li>Maintaining high level of confidentiality</li><li>Conducting performance evaluations and mapping &amp; updating to the management</li><li>Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts</li><li>Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations</li><li>Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management</li><li>Managing employee separation processes</li><li>Ensure all processes &amp; SOPs are strictly followed.</li></ul>Admin:<ul><li>Maintaining the daily attendance / leave record</li><li>Closely monitoring the housekeeping activity</li><li>Following the processes / SOPs with related to cleaning staff &amp; housekeeping</li><li>Timely health check-up of factory employees as per SOP</li><li>Adhering to the compliances; ensuring all company licenses, insurance are up-to-date and securely maintained</li><li>Monitoring the stock record of office stationeries and providing the timely record to the management.</li><li>Proactively suggesting the employee engagement activity to the top management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Pharmaceutical Plant HR: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
