What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Design mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems with guidance</li>
<li>Contribute to product innovation and manufacturing improvements</li>
<li>Collaborate with experienced team members who mentor your growth</li>
<li>Create technical documentation and work with cross-functional teams</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Work Details:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>Schedule:</b> 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday</li>
<li><b>Pay:</b> $23.56-$35.00/hour based on experience</li>
<li><b>Location:</b> Brandon, MN</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Technical degree (mechanical engineering preferred)</li>
<li><b>1-4 years</b> design experience (we&rsquo;ll support the right candidate!)</li>
<li>Basic CAD software understanding (we&rsquo;ll help advance your skills)</li>
<li>Willingness to learn GD&amp;T and manufacturing processes</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Bonus Experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Outdoor/recreational product design</li>
<li>Multi-system integration knowledge</li>
<li>Aluminum fabrication or prototyping experience</li>
</ul>
