What You’ll Do:

• Design mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems with guidance
• Contribute to product innovation and manufacturing improvements
• Collaborate with experienced team members who mentor your growth
• Create technical documentation and work with cross-functional teams

Work Details:

• Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
• Pay: $23.56-$35.00/hour based on experience
• Location: Brandon, MN

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical degree (mechanical engineering preferred)
• 1-4 years design experience (we’ll support the right candidate!)
• Basic CAD software understanding (we’ll help advance your skills)
• Willingness to learn GD&T and manufacturing processes
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to grow

Bonus Experience:

• Outdoor/recreational product design
• Multi-system integration knowledge
• Aluminum fabrication or prototyping experience
