<ul><li>Assist clients at the airport with arrival and departure procedures, ensuring polite, professional behavior. In case of any issue, immediately inform the direct manager.</li><li>Inspect the clients&rsquo; vehicle at the airport or hotel (company-owned or rented) and report any remarks or issues to the direct manager.</li><li>Coordinate effectively with other tour leaders handling the same file, as well as with drivers and tour guides, at least one day in advance and with sufficient notice.</li><li>Ensure that tour leaders&rsquo; and drivers&rsquo; mobile phones are kept on silent while accompanying clients to or from the hotel/airport, and avoid answering calls to prevent disturbing clients. Only contact the direct manager in cases of extreme necessity.</li><li>Review flight details and clients&rsquo; itineraries through the movement sheet prior to arrival or departure, and provide clients with full information about their Cairo tour program.</li><li>Do not leave the vehicle upon hotel arrival until the check-in process is fully completed, to avoid any issues such as hotel changes or overbooking.</li><li>Register the Tourism Police notification at the hotel immediately after check-in, contact clients in their rooms to ensure room quality and luggage delivery, and confirm receipt of breakfast boxes for early-morning departures.</li><li>Carefully review financial disbursements with the Accounting Department, including ticket validity, restaurant payments (cash advances or vouchers), and credit cards.</li><li>Ensure quick and accurate settlement of files with the Accounting Department to avoid delays in clearance procedures.</li><li>Check routers to ensure they are working properly before handing them over to clients, and assist clients with activation if needed.</li><li>Execute assigned operations immediately upon issuance of the movement sheet.</li><li>Maintain continuous communication with the direct manager regarding any remarks or issues related to assigned files to take necessary action.</li><li>Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Operations / Movement Department as required.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: E&pound;6.00 - E&pound;6.50 per month</p>
