 Executive Support
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact between the Senior leader and internal/external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and meeting packs for board and executive meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record, transcribe, and circulate meeting minutes with follow-up action tracking.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Communication &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Screen, handle, and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Senior Leader.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and official communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with board members, senior management, government entities, and business partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with HR, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Confidentiality &amp; Governance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized records of contracts, legal documents, approvals, and board resolutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support compliance with company policies, governance standards, and UAE business protocols.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Travel &amp; Logistics
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arrange domestic and international travel, visas, hotels, and itineraries .
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage expense claims and travel documentation in coordination with finance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Office &amp; Administrative Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate special projects, events, and executive initiatives as assigned.
 </li>
