Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain and supervise financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Managing the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including consolidated reports.</li><li>Oversee all statutory compliances, including Direct &amp; Indirect Tax, Company Law, and Labor Law regulations.</li><li>Prepare and file tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate finalization of corporate balance sheets and financial statements.</li><li>Leading and coordinating internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory and compliance standards.</li><li>Overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.</li><li>Developing and implementing robust financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy. Preparing detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and board members.</li><li>Monitor and manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation</li><li>Driving strategic initiatives to enhance financial reporting processes through automation and innovative solutions.</li><li>Providing mentorship and leadership to junior accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and operational excellence.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.</li><li>Staying informed about changes in accounting regulations and best practices, applying updates to internal processes and documentation.</li></ul>The ideal candidate will maintain and supervise accounts, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and prepare financial statements.
