We are building West Tennessee&rsquo;s most aggressive, high-end video and photo production company&mdash;VS The World Productions&mdash;and we need an intern who wants to get their hands dirty. This is a hands-on, high-paced internship designed for someone who wants to learn the reality of creating cinematic content, from gear prep to post-production. If you prove you have the drive, the goal is to mold you into a permanent part of our crew.We don&rsquo;t just film. We win. If that mindset excites you, keep reading.The Mission (What You&rsquo;ll Actually Do):<ul><li>On-Set Execution: Assist our Lead Producers on commercial sets, events, films, music videos, etc. You will help manage gear, swap lenses, run audio, and ensure the set moves fast.</li><li>The Edit Bay: Assist in post-production using many different tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, etc. You&rsquo;ll handle data dumping, syncing audio, pulling selects, and cutting short-form social content.</li><li>The Engine Room: Learn the operational side of a studio. You will help with gear audits, charging batteries, organizing Google Drive assets, and prepping the studio for the next battle.</li><li>Creative Input: We want your ideas. You will help brainstorm concepts, pitch storyboards, and assist in creating assets for our social media divisions.</li></ul>The Arsenal (What You Need):<ul><li>The Hunger: You don't need to be an expert yet, but you must have a relentless desire to learn cameras, lighting, and editing.</li><li>The Basics: Basic working knowledge of softwares or tools is prefered. (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, CapCut)</li><li>The Mindset: A thick skin and the ability to move fast. Production is chaotic. You need to be a problem solver, not a panicker.</li><li>The Gear: Having your own basic camera setup is a bonus, but not strictly required.</li></ul>Why VS The World?You will get real-world, trial-by-fire experience. This is a hands-on, high-paced internship designed for a digital hustler who knows how to capture attention and turn high-end cinematic assets into viral short-form content. If that mindset excites you, keep reading.The Mission (What You&rsquo;ll Actually Do):<ul><li>The Content Engine: You will live in CapCut and other similar tools. Your primary job is to take the massive, high-end commercial campaigns we shoot and cut them into aggressive, fast-paced Reels, TikToks, and Shorts for our VTW divisions and our clients.</li><li>On-Set Hype (BTS): When the lead producers are operating the heavy cinema rigs, you are the shadow. You will be on set capturing raw, native vertical content, behind-the-scenes action, and day-in-the-life footage of the crew.</li><li>The Strategy: Hunt trends, pitch viral hooks, and brainstorm concepts. We don't just post to post; we post to convert. You will help write the aggressive, high-converting copy that matches the VTW brand voice.</li><li>Community &amp; Engagement: Help manage the storefront. You will assist in engaging with our audience, replying to comments, and making sure the VS The World social footprint looks like a premium agency.</li></ul>The Arsenal (What You Need):<ul><li>The Hunger: You must have a relentless desire to crack algorithms and understand what makes a video go viral. You watch TikToks to study the hooks, not just to scroll.</li><li>The Basics: Advanced knowledge of CapCut (or Premiere Pro) and native social platform editing. Basic understanding of Canva or Photoshop is highly preferred.</li><li>The Mindset: A thick skin and the ability to move fast. Trends die in 48 hours. You need to be a fast executor, a problem solver, and highly adaptable.</li><li>The Gear: Having your own late-model smartphone capable of shooting high-quality vertical video is required.</li></ul>Why VS The World?
