Job Role Overview:

We aren’t looking for someone to fetch coffee. We are building West Tennessee’s most aggressive, high-end video and photo production company—VS The World Productions—and we need an intern who wants to get their hands dirty. This is a hands-on, high-paced internship designed for someone who wants to learn the reality of creating cinematic content, from gear prep to post-production. If you prove you have the drive, the goal is to mold you into a permanent part of our crew.

The Mission (What You’ll Actually Do):

• On-Set Execution: Assist our Lead Producers on commercial sets, events, films, music videos, etc. You will help manage gear, swap lenses, run audio, and ensure the set moves fast.
• The Edit Bay: Assist in post-production using many different tools like Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, etc. You’ll handle data dumping, syncing audio, pulling selects, and cutting short-form social content.
• The Engine Room: Learn the operational side of a studio. You will help with gear audits, charging batteries, organizing Google Drive assets, and prepping the studio for the next battle.
• Creative Input: We want your ideas. You will help brainstorm concepts, pitch storyboards, and assist in creating assets for our social media divisions.

The Arsenal (What You Need):

• The Hunger: You don't need to be an expert yet, but you must have a relentless desire to learn cameras, lighting, and editing.
• The Basics: Basic working knowledge of softwares or tools is prefered. (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut, CapCut)
• The Mindset: A thick skin and the ability to move fast. Production is chaotic. You need to be a problem solver, not a panicker.
• The Gear: Having your own basic camera setup is a bonus, but not strictly required.

Pay: $10.00 per hour
