Customer Management &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Serve as primary contact for key import clients and manage complete communication.</li><li>Resolve escalations, guide on customs procedures, and maintain strong client relationships.</li></ul>2. Liner / Carrier Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and agents for BL release/corrections, ANs, DOs, manifest updates, and freight confirmations.</li><li>Handle escalations related to carriers, DO delays, and documentation issues.</li></ul>3. Import Documentation (Manager Level)<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end import documentation: Invoice, PL, COO, BL, Insurance, etc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with customs rules, HS codes, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Review and approve team documentation for accuracy.</li></ul>4. Accounts &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Coordinate billing, vendor reconciliation, and job costing with Accounts.</li><li>Approve liner, CHA, transport, and CFS bills; monitor job profitability and closures.</li><li>Support management in controlling operational costs.</li></ul>5. Shipment Coordination &amp; Operations<ul><li>Manage shipment movement from origin to final delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with CHA, transporters, and CFS for timely clearance and delivery.</li><li>Track milestones and manage operational escalations.</li></ul>6. Team Leadership &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Lead and mentor the documentation team; assign tasks and monitor performance.</li><li>Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Keep team updated on customs regulations, INCOTERMS, and best practices.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong expertise in import freight forwarding operations and customs documentation.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of INCO Terms, HS codes, port/CFS operations, and customs procedures.</li><li>Ability to handle high-volume shipments and operational escalations independently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and freight ERP systems.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Logistics preferred).</li><li>5&ndash;15 years of experience in Import Documentation &amp; Operations in the freight forwarding sector, including at least 2&ndash;3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT CTC?</li><li>WHAT IS YOUR EXPECTED CTC?</li><li>YOUR NOTICE PERIOD</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEA IMPORT : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
