<div>Sealing Specialist (Sales) - Kentucky

The Sealing Specialist oversees the growth and success of a geographic sales territory and provides all necessary technical, product, and sales support to current and new customers in the territory. 
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Prospect</li>
<li>Provide training to your customers</li>
<li>Be a resource for your plants&rsquo; engineering team</li>
<li>Identify and propose sealing solutions</li>
<li>Document the cost impact of your work/solutions for the plants</li>
<li>Manage the contract</li>
<li>Salesforce utilization</li>
<li>Roadmaps 
</li>
<li>Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness</li>
<li>Project a favorable image of the company to promote, foster, and enhance public recognition of the company and it products and services.</li></ul> 
 
Experience / Education
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline or equivalent experience</li>
<li>Experience relating to essential job functions</li>
<li>Customer service interactions, support, and sales experience</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) majors (Preferred)</li>
<li>Industrial experience (Preferred)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma (Preferred)</li>

Job Type: Full-time, Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
Travel: Occasional overnight travel required within the assigned territory
