Sealing Specialist (Sales) - Kentucky

The Sealing Specialist oversees the growth and success of a geographic sales territory and provides all necessary technical, product, and sales support to current and new customers in the territory.

Essential Functions

Prospect
Provide training to your customers
Be a resource for your plants’ engineering team
Identify and propose sealing solutions
Document the cost impact of your work/solutions for the plants
Manage the contract
Salesforce utilization
Roadmaps
Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
Project a favorable image of the company to promote, foster, and enhance public recognition of the company and it products and services.

Experience / Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related discipline or equivalent experience
Experience relating to essential job functions
Customer service interactions, support, and sales experience
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) majors (Preferred)
Industrial experience (Preferred)
Working knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel: Occasional overnight travel required within the assigned territory
