Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain project-related documents, reports, and files</li><li>Handle data entry, record-keeping, and documentation for HR, site, and finance teams</li><li>Support purchase and material tracking documentation</li><li>Assist in preparing client invoices, work orders, and follow-ups</li><li>Coordinate with site teams and vendors for updates, reports, and logistics</li><li>Maintain digital and physical filing systems</li><li>Track leave records, attendance summaries, and timesheets if required</li><li>Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly reports to management</li><li>Provide administrative support to architects, project managers, and office staff</li><li>Manage office communication (calls, emails, courier dispatches)</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Sheets</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Accurate data entry and report formatting ability</li><li>Ability to multitask and follow up independently</li><li>Organized and process-oriented</li><li>Basic understanding of architectural terms and workflow is a plus</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;9,835.70 - &#8377;13,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Back office: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Surat, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
