Key Responsibilities

• Must have Electrical knowledge
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements
• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and budget constraints
• Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for material procurement
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality
• Address any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project stakeholders
• Manage and maintain on-site documentation and records
• Provide technical guidance to the construction team as needed
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
• Oversee the final inspection and handover of completed projects

Salary will be finalised after successful interview.
