 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced&nbsp;Operations Officer (CISI | SCA Accredited)&nbsp;to oversee and manage the company&rsquo;s operational functions in compliance with UAE laws and the&nbsp;Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)&nbsp;requirements. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and in-depth knowledge of financial services regulations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must Have experience in a FOREX broker in the UAE. Experience of at least 3 years in the forex industry is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 CISI qualification, possess experience in financial services operations, and demonstrate knowledge of financial regulations and risk management, including specific expertise in managing AI and cybersecurity risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring the company's technical systems are updated, compliant with SCA requirements for data protection, and aligned with the SCA Rulebook for financial activities and virtual assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 SCA Accreditation: Mandatory for the position, ensuring you meet the authority's standards for licensed professionals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: A minimum of one year of operations management experience in the financial or capital markets sector is generally required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Financial Regulation &amp; Risk Management: Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, risk management principles, and compliance standards is crucial.
 </li>
 <li>
 AI &amp; Cybersecurity Expertise: You will need to manage technical systems, ensure continuous updates, and demonstrate a mechanism for confronting and managing cyber risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 SCA Rulebook Compliance: A thorough understanding of the SCA's rules, particularly those relating to technology and virtual assets, is necessary to ensure compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical Systems: You must demonstrate the company's ability to provide necessary technological and electronic programs and evidence of continuous updates, including cybersecurity systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Risk Management Frameworks: The role involves creating and implementing mechanisms for confronting, dealing with, and managing cyber risks, protecting data, and supervising software development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reporting: You will also be responsible for procedures to immediately report any cybersecurity breaches to the SCA and relevant authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 MT5 administration &amp; manager experience is a PLUS. Handle all operation procedures of Meta Trader 5. Responsible for FX products across the spot markets. Responsible for commodity and indices products across the CFDs markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring competitors&rsquo; trading terms, policies, and pricing quality and reconciling clients&rsquo; deposits and withdrawals. Maintain deal record and P&amp;L daily. Trade reconciliation. Settlement investigation and research.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regulatory Reporting, Identify and communicate urgent issues that may have associated P/L and franchise risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Investigate and resolve client issues related to trade execution, confirmation, and STP &amp;Resolve technical issues in conjunction with application support, and development teams &amp;Provide clients with training and guidance on system functionality and workflow. Mastering the company&rsquo;s products and services in an effective manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly Report to the Management Maintaining and updating our CRM &amp;Log all inquiries and track every ticket through to resolution in CRM. Perform specific pre-approved tasks according to the preset Operations Procedure
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting the daily operations of the company and the work of executives (marketing, sales, IT, etc.). Operational Risk oversight and management Keep up to date with interest rate movements
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gathering Information About Customer Complaints
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing solutions, negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business &amp; building positive relationships with customers and business associates
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining Relationships with New &amp; Existing Clients &amp; Ensuring Customer Satisfaction Through Professional Communication &amp; Assisting Clients with Queries. Handle the tasks assigned by the trading desk &amp; other departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maximize profit and minimize risk within acceptability through market-making positioning and trading within approved limits and policies and procedures. Execute strategic planning and execution of systems implementations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieving Key Performance Indicators Excellent Communication Skills&mdash;Verbal and Written, Communicating with Customers &amp; Sales Representatives &amp; Analysing Customer Behaviour Writing and presenting customer behavior reports &amp; establishing technical and operational standards and ensuring adherence to them for product development and company operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management. Ability to work as a part of a team Develop &amp; implement strategy for operational management and development to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (master&rsquo;s degree preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 CISI Certification
 
 &nbsp;and&nbsp;
 
 SCA Accreditation
 
 &nbsp;are mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of&nbsp;
 
 1 year of experience
 
 &nbsp;in operations management within financial services, investment, or capital markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of&nbsp;
 
 UAE financial regulations
 
 , risk management, and compliance standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
 </li>
