Marketing Manager (Forex Content Creator)Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Role: We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager (Forex &amp; Online Trading) to lead trader acquisition and brand growth from our Dubai office. A highly experienced marketing manager with a proven background in Forex and online trading to lead our marketing operations. This role is critical to driving brand growth, trader acquisition, and revenue across the Middle East, Africa, and global markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience marketing regulated Forex or CFD products, understands trader behavior, and can execute compliant, performance-driven campaigns at scale.Key Responsibilities:Forex-Focused Strategy &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Develop and own end-to-end marketing strategies specifically for Forex and trading products, aligned with business and revenue objectives.</li><li>Lead and manage the marketing team and external agencies, ensuring deep understanding of trader acquisition and retention funnels.</li><li>Partner closely with senior leadership, sales, dealing, and business development teams to support brokerage growth.</li><li>Own the marketing calendar and go-to-market strategy for trading platforms, instruments, promotions, and campaigns.</li></ul>Trader Acquisition &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Oversee, optimize, and scale Forex-focused digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, display, paid social, affiliates, email, and content marketing.</li><li>Drive qualified trader acquisition, first-time deposits (FTDs), and lifetime value (LTV) growth.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and media spend, ensuring strong ROI, CPA control, and performance efficiency.</li><li>Optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths for trading audiences.</li></ul>Brand, Content &amp; Community<ul><li>Own brand positioning and messaging tailored to Forex traders, investors, and financial audiences.</li><li>Oversee creation of trading-related content including market insights, educational materials, platform guides, promotions, and campaign assets.</li><li>Manage and grow social media channels with a strong focus on trading education, engagement, and community building.</li><li>Ensure consistent messaging across websites, apps, CRM, and paid media.</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Monitor Forex industry trends, competitor broker activities, IB and affiliate strategies, and client acquisition models.</li><li>Translate market and trader insights into actionable marketing initiatives.</li><li>Ensure all campaigns strictly comply with UAE regulations, SCA guidelines, and global financial compliance standards.</li><li>Work closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams on campaign approvals and messaging.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Track, analyze, and report on key Forex KPIs including CPA, FTDs, retention, churn, ARPU, and LTV.</li><li>Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Continuously test, refine, and optimize campaigns, creatives, and messaging to improve trader quality and profitability.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of marketing experience within the Forex, CFD, or online trading industry (mandatory).</li><li>Previous experience at a Forex broker, trading platform, or fintech company is required.</li><li>Proven track record of acquiring and retaining Forex traders through digital and performance marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of trading products, platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader), and trader lifecycles.</li><li>Experience managing large marketing budgets, affiliates, and media partners.</li><li>Solid knowledge of analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE, GCC, and international financial marketing regulations.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Detail-oriented with high attention to accuracy.</li><li>Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Strong team player who can inspire colleagues and work collaboratively across departments.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.</li><li>Health insurance and benefits as per UAE labor law.</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and innovative financial company.</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li></ul>Application ProcessInterested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their updated CV to careers@wafracapital.ae.Important: Please mention the job title in the subject line of your email application.Only candidates with relevant digital marketing and Forex industry experience will be considered.
