Wall Street Jr. Investments is a Dubai-based wealth management and financial advisory firm dedicated to making institutional investment discipline and strategic financial planning accessible to individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.We are seeking a Creative Director with a strong foundation in photography and videography, who is equally comfortable creating content hands-on and guiding overall creative output.This role suits a visual storyteller who enjoys producing high-quality photo and video content while shaping the evolving visual identity of a growing brand. You will work closely with leadership and the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives across platforms.As a startup, we value initiative, adaptability, and a solutions-first mindset. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Lead photo and video production across brand content, campaigns, social media, and internal assets</li><li>Plan and execute shoots, including framing, lighting, composition, and on-set direction</li><li>Capture portraits, lifestyle, product, and event visuals</li><li>Produce short-form and long-form video content such as reels, interviews, explainers, and brand stories</li><li>Ensure visual quality, consistency, and storytelling standards across all outputs</li><li>Direct founders, team members, and contributors during shoots</li><li>Translate concepts into clear, engaging visual formats</li><li>Guide tone, pacing, and visual flow during filming and content production</li><li>Review and refine creative assets to ensure alignment with brand positioning</li><li>Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and evolving brand narratives</li><li>Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams</li><li>Take end-to-end ownership of visual projects from concept to execution</li><li>Proactively identify content opportunities and creative gaps</li><li>Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving requirements</li></ul>Key Role Requirements:<ul><li>Have strong fundamentals in photography and videography</li><li>Are confident handling cameras, lighting, and production workflows</li><li>Have a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual detail</li><li>Thrive in fast-paced, growing environments</li><li>Are a collaborative, dependable team player</li><li>Experienced in photography, videography, media, or visual content roles</li><li>Familiarity with cameras, lighting setups, and basic audio</li><li>Video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After effects, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of social media content formats and trends</li><li>Basic design or visual layout knowledge is a plus</li></ul>Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently in UAE?</li><li>Are you available to join immediately?</li></ul>
