Creative director (Photography & Videography)

Wall Street Jr. Investments is a Dubai-based wealth management and financial advisory firm dedicated to making institutional investment discipline and strategic financial planning accessible to individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.

We are seeking a Creative Director with a strong foundation in photography and videography, who is equally comfortable creating content hands-on and guiding overall creative output.

This role suits a visual storyteller who enjoys producing high-quality photo and video content while shaping the evolving visual identity of a growing brand. You will work closely with leadership and the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives across platforms.

As a startup, we value initiative, adaptability, and a solutions-first mindset. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead photo and video production across brand content, campaigns, social media, and internal assets
• Plan and execute shoots, including framing, lighting, composition, and on-set direction
• Capture portraits, lifestyle, product, and event visuals
• Produce short-form and long-form video content such as reels, interviews, explainers, and brand stories
• Ensure visual quality, consistency, and storytelling standards across all outputs
• Direct founders, team members, and contributors during shoots
• Translate concepts into clear, engaging visual formats
• Guide tone, pacing, and visual flow during filming and content production
• Review and refine creative assets to ensure alignment with brand positioning
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, launches, and evolving brand narratives
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams
• Take end-to-end ownership of visual projects from concept to execution
• Proactively identify content opportunities and creative gaps
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving requirements

• Have strong fundamentals in photography and videography
• Are confident handling cameras, lighting, and production workflows
• Have a strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual detail
• Thrive in fast-paced, growing environments
• Are a collaborative, dependable team player
• Experienced in photography, videography, media, or visual content roles
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting setups, and basic audio
• Video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After effects, etc.)
• Understanding of social media content formats and trends
• Basic design or visual layout knowledge is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
