Role Overview
SOCIALEYEZ is seeking a visionary and strategically driven
Creative Director
to lead the agency’s creative output across social media, digital campaigns, and integrated brand experiences. This role will shape the creative direction for both
retainer-based clients and new business pitches
, ensuring world-class storytelling, innovation, and execution across all platforms.

, with the ability to inspire teams and build impactful campaigns across the UAE and wider GCC region.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Strategy

Define and drive the overall
creative direction and visual language
across SOCIALEYEZ client portfolios.

Translate marketing and communication objectives into
insight-led, platform-relevant creative concepts
for social and digital channels.

Oversee development of
photography and animation moodboards, color palettes, typography systems, and visual identities
aligned with brand guidelines.

Ensure
consistency, innovation, and excellence
across all creative deliverables.
-
Stay ahead of
regional trends, platform evolutions, and emerging technologies
to keep the agency at the forefront of social creativity.
Campaign Development, Retainers & Pitches
-
Lead ideation and execution of
social-first campaigns, content ecosystems, and always-on storytelling
for retainer clients.

Contribute to and lead
new business pitches and campaign concepts
, delivering compelling creative narratives and presentations.

Supervise production across
design, motion graphics, video, and interactive formats
.

Guide
presentation storytelling, PPT design standards, and scalable grid-based design systems
.

Maintain high creative quality while managing
tight timelines, multiple accounts, and production budgets
.
Leadership & Collaboration

Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of
designers, motion artists, videographers, and copywriters
.

Conduct
creative reviews, feedback sessions, and capability development plans
.

Foster a culture of
collaboration, experimentation, and continuous creative excellence
.

Partner closely with
Strategy, Account Management, and Production
to deliver integrated solutions.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Present creative concepts and campaign narratives confidently to
senior clients and stakeholders
.

Translate feedback into
clear and actionable creative direction
.

Strengthen SOCIALEYEZ’s reputation as a
strategic creative partner
across the UAE and GCC.
Requirements
-
10–12+ years of experience
within
social and digital agencies
, with significant time in a
senior creative leadership role
.
-
Bilingual (Arabic & English) candidates are strongly preferred
, particularly for overseeing
retainer client portfolios
.
-
Non-Arabic speakers may be considered
for roles focused on
pitches and campaign development
, though
Arabic speakers remain the first preference
.

A strong portfolio demonstrating
diverse, high-impact campaigns led across social and digital media
is essential.

Proven expertise in
branding, digital design, motion/video, and multi-platform content creation
.

Demonstrated success in
leading and developing high-performing creative teams
.

Excellent
presentation, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills
.

Strong understanding of the
UAE/GCC cultural and communication landscape
, including government sector exposure, is advantageous.
