Director of Creative Studio lead and grow our creative ecosystem and help shape the brand's creative and branding capabilities across media, digital, advertising, and PR.
As one of the leaders, you will guide creative thinking across brand, campaigns, digital, motion, content, and events, ensuring that every idea and design expression reflects the brand's values, tone, and identity. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across disciplines including PR, earned media, social, paid advertising, and account leadership.
Responsibilities Include

Lead and grow the team while overseeing design, video, social, and influencer creative work

Partner with leaders to market, position, and distribute the brand's service offerings, including educating internal teams to support business development efforts.

Manage daily priorities, tasks, and resourcing for the creative team

Design and produce creative assets in support of both internal team and deliverables

Support everyday creative projects including digital ads, social media, landing pages, websites, brochures, graphics, brand assets, collateral, and other marketing materials

Work closely with PR, marketing, and influencer teams to develop integrated content and execute campaigns

Provide creative input and leadership across marketing, PR, and advertising campaigns

Oversee video and social video production; experience with video and animation is strongly preferred

Take a lead role in the creation of new concepts, designs, and campaign ideas.

Craft creative storytelling solutions to solve communication barriers.

Manage the daily operations of the team, including budgets, timelines, workflows, and resource planning

Assist in mentoring, developing, and cultivating junior staff
Requirements

8+ years of experience in design and/or creative environments, with leadership experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Creative, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proven track record of originating, leading, and completing creative campaigns

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design craft, and campaign execution

Comfortable tackling problems head-on and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills

Familiarity with web design and development, including platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Framer, or Prismic.
