What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of diesel technicians</li>
</ul><ul><li>Foster a culture of respect, safety, and collaboration</li>
</ul><ul><li>Keep workflow organized and efficient</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assist with diagnostics and repairs when needed</li>
</ul><ul><li>Road‑test vehicles (CDL required) to ensure repair quality</li>
</ul><ul><li>Communicate clearly with customers and team members</li>
</ul><ul><li>Support hiring, training, and ongoing employee growth</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
</ul><ul><li>3+ years of diesel technician experience or equivalent training</li>
</ul><ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li>
</ul><ul><li>CDL or ability to obtain</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
</ul><ul><li>A genuine commitment to building a positive shop culture</li>
</ul>
