What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of diesel technicians

• Foster a culture of respect, safety, and collaboration

• Keep workflow organized and efficient

• Assist with diagnostics and repairs when needed

• Road‑test vehicles (CDL required) to ensure repair quality

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

• Support hiring, training, and ongoing employee growth

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ years of diesel technician experience or equivalent training

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• CDL or ability to obtain

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A genuine commitment to building a positive shop culture
