 We&rsquo;re seeking a Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, creative thinker, and performance analyst &mdash; someone ready to take ownership of our brand growth, execute high-impact campaigns, and elevate how we connect with millions of customers nationwide. 
 
Position Overview 
 
The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute Wally&rsquo;s Natural&rsquo;s marketing strategy across retail, digital, and promotional channels. This role blends brand storytelling with performance marketing &mdash; managing everything from creative development to campaign analytics and retail activation. 
 
 You&rsquo;ll lead marketing initiatives that drive measurable results: increasing awareness, improving sell-through, and growing loyalty across all customer touchpoints. 
 
 Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and loves seeing strategy turn into real results. 
 
Brand Strategy &amp; Leadership 
 
<ul><li>Own the annual marketing roadmap, aligning brand initiatives with sales and product launch goals.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Ensure cohesive brand voice and storytelling across packaging, digital, and retail channels.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Champion Wally&rsquo;s Natural&rsquo;s mission and values in every campaign and partnership.</li></ul> 
 
Campaign &amp; Content Management 
 
<ul><li>Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness and sales growth.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Lead creative concepting, content development, and digital asset production.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Manage agency and freelancer deliverables to ensure excellence and consistency.</li></ul> 
 
Digital Marketing &amp; Performance 
 
<ul><li>Oversee digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Analyze performance data (CTR, CPA, ROI, engagement) to optimize campaigns in real time.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Report monthly KPIs and ROI directly to the CEO, highlighting wins and growth opportunities.</li></ul> 
 
Retail &amp; Trade Marketing 
 
<ul><li>Partner with Sales and Brokers to execute retailer-specific promotions and co-op campaigns.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Review and optimize Walmart, Amazon, and other online listings for accuracy and performance.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Develop promotional materials and in-store assets that drive trial and visibility.</li></ul> 
 
Cross-Functional Collaboration 
 
<ul><li>Work closely with Product Development to support innovation and launches.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Partner with Operations to align marketing timelines with production schedules.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Collaborate with the Sales team to create customer-specific marketing decks and presentations.</li></ul> 
 
Leadership &amp; Growth 
 
<ul><li>Manage agency and freelance relationships; mentor junior marketing team members.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Help define marketing processes and best practices to scale the function as the brand grows.</li></ul> 
 
<ul><li>Stay ahead of marketing trends, digital innovations, and new media opportunities.</li></ul> 
 
Qualifications 
 
Must-Haves: 
 
<ul><li>5+ years in marketing, ideally within CPG, wellness, or beauty.</li><li>Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns and managing marketing budgets.</li><li>Strong analytical skills &mdash; confident with metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation, and SEO.</li><li>Exceptional communication, organization, and project leadership skills.</li><li>Creative thinker who&rsquo;s comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li></ul> 
 
Nice-to-Haves: 
 
<ul><li>Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Connect, or similar retail platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or creative briefing processes.</li><li>Experience managing influencer, affiliate, or brand ambassador programs.</li><li>Passion for natural health, wellness, and sustainability.</li></ul>
