We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategist, creative thinker, and performance analyst — someone ready to take ownership of our brand growth, execute high-impact campaigns, and elevate how we connect with millions of customers nationwide.
Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute Wally’s Natural’s marketing strategy across retail, digital, and promotional channels. This role blends brand storytelling with performance marketing — managing everything from creative development to campaign analytics and retail activation.
You’ll lead marketing initiatives that drive measurable results: increasing awareness, improving sell-through, and growing loyalty across all customer touchpoints.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and loves seeing strategy turn into real results.
Brand Strategy & Leadership- Own the annual marketing roadmap, aligning brand initiatives with sales and product launch goals.
- Ensure cohesive brand voice and storytelling across packaging, digital, and retail channels.
- Champion Wally’s Natural’s mission and values in every campaign and partnership.
Campaign & Content Management- Develop and execute cross-channel campaigns that drive awareness and sales growth.
- Lead creative concepting, content development, and digital asset production.
- Manage agency and freelancer deliverables to ensure excellence and consistency.
Digital Marketing & Performance- Oversee digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms.
- Manage email marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze performance data (CTR, CPA, ROI, engagement) to optimize campaigns in real time.
- Report monthly KPIs and ROI directly to the CEO, highlighting wins and growth opportunities.
Retail & Trade Marketing- Partner with Sales and Brokers to execute retailer-specific promotions and co-op campaigns.
- Review and optimize Walmart, Amazon, and other online listings for accuracy and performance.
- Develop promotional materials and in-store assets that drive trial and visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Product Development to support innovation and launches.
- Partner with Operations to align marketing timelines with production schedules.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to create customer-specific marketing decks and presentations.
Leadership & Growth- Manage agency and freelance relationships; mentor junior marketing team members.
- Help define marketing processes and best practices to scale the function as the brand grows.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends, digital innovations, and new media opportunities.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years in marketing, ideally within CPG, wellness, or beauty.
- Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns and managing marketing budgets.
- Strong analytical skills — confident with metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email automation, and SEO.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project leadership skills.
- Creative thinker who’s comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Connect, or similar retail platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or creative briefing processes.
- Experience managing influencer, affiliate, or brand ambassador programs.
