Cutting tool manufacturing facility in Bursa is looking for a <b>Production &amp; Supply Chain Planner</b> to join our team. The role will focus on production planning, material flow coordination, subcontractor management, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.</div><div></div><div><b>
Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Create and maintain <b>production plans</b> in line with customer demand and capacity constraints</li><li>
Coordinate with <b>production, engineering, and logistics teams</b> to ensure smooth material flow</li><li>
Monitor <b>production progress and order fulfilment</b> and take corrective actions when necessary</li><li>
Manage <b>inventory levels</b> of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods</li><li>
Support <b>capacity planning and workload balancing</b> across production areas</li><li>
Ensure <b>accurate master data and planning parameters</b> in ERP systems</li><li>
Coordinate and manage <b>subcontractor operations</b> when required</li><li>
Support <b>purchasing activities</b> related to production materials and services</li><li>
Contribute to <b>continuous improvement initiatives</b> in planning and supply chain processes</li><li>
Prepare and report <b>planning KPIs and operational performance indicators</b></li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <b>Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration</b>, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum <b>2&ndash;4 years of experience</b> in production planning, supply chain, or logistics</li><li>
Preferably experienced in <b>manufacturing environments</b> (machining / cutting tools experience is a plus)</li><li>
Good understanding of <b>production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes</b></li><li><b>
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong SAP knowledge is a significant advantage</b></li><li>
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Good command of <b>English, German is considered a plus</b></li><li>
Advanced <b>MS Excel / MS Office</b> skills</li><li>
Structured, proactive, and result-oriented working style</li></ul></div><div></div>
