About the job
Cutting tool manufacturing facility in Bursa is looking for a Production &amp; Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The role will focus on production planning, material flow coordination, subcontractor management, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Create and maintain production plans in line with customer demand and capacity constraints</li><li>
Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow</li><li>
Monitor production progress and order fulfilment and take corrective actions when necessary</li><li>
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods</li><li>
Support capacity planning and workload balancing across production areas</li><li>
Ensure accurate master data and planning parameters in ERP systems</li><li>
Coordinate and manage subcontractor operations when required</li><li>
Support purchasing activities related to production materials and services</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning and supply chain processes</li><li>
Prepare and report planning KPIs and operational performance indicators</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>
Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics</li><li>
Preferably experienced in manufacturing environments (machining / cutting tools experience is a plus)</li><li>
Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes</li><li>
Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong SAP knowledge is a significant advantage</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Good command of English, German is considered a plus</li><li>
Advanced MS Excel / MS Office skills</li><li>
Structured, proactive, and result-oriented working style</li></ul></div>
