About the job
Cutting tool manufacturing facility in Bursa is looking for a Production & Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The role will focus on production planning, material flow coordination, subcontractor management, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
Responsibilities

Create and maintain production plans in line with customer demand and capacity constraints

Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow

Monitor production progress and order fulfilment and take corrective actions when necessary

Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods

Support capacity planning and workload balancing across production areas

Ensure accurate master data and planning parameters in ERP systems

Coordinate and manage subcontractor operations when required

Support purchasing activities related to production materials and services

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning and supply chain processes

Prepare and report planning KPIs and operational performance indicators
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or logistics

Preferably experienced in manufacturing environments (machining / cutting tools experience is a plus)

Good understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes

Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong SAP knowledge is a significant advantage

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good command of English, German is considered a plus

Advanced MS Excel / MS Office skills
