These Challenges Await You
-
You are responsible for setting up the proper raw materials and components inventory levels.

You follow up and report daily/weekly/monthly/annually the inventory level of the raw material and components families.

You manage and strictly follow up Import Follow Up Systems.

You define the material master data for the released new sample parts into ERP System (SAP).

You identify blocking points and plan appropriate quick actions to solve them.
-
When predicting suppliers not delivering on-time, you systematically collect reliable information and communicate it to your internal customers and all relevant departments in the plant.

You monitor the import process and provide effective coordination with customs agencies.

You ensure great communication with the suppliers and vendors in terms of order confirmations, follow up term dates and follow up and be a pioneer to take actions for non-moving goods inventory level.

You manage and release monthly and annual stock reports.

You ensure a good and direct relation between the logistics, purchasing and sales departments to ensure the best service to customers.
You Inspire Us With That

You are a graduate of Logistics, Customs and Border Management, International Trade and Business or other related fields and have at least 2 years Material Planning and/or Purchasing experience.

You are experienced in SAP MM Module.

You are experienced in Customs Legislations and Digital Platforms for Legislations (such as Tareks..)

You have knowledge of international import legislation.

Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a good command of English.

You have good skills on Microsoft Office or relevant tools.

You are a good team player and adaptable to flexible working hours and a highly demanding environment.
