Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Import, Export, International Logistics and Supply Chain operations experience
- Air and Sea freight operations experience is required
- Minimum Upper-Intermediate level in English both verbal and writing is a must
- Microsoft Office Programs knowledge (Outlook and Excel must, Power BI knowledge is a plus)
- Shipping documentation knowledge & preparation (Invoice, ATR, CMR, BL etc.)
- Experience in Oracle Transport Management System (OTM) is a plus
- Clear understanding of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and basic knowledge of KPI preparation
- Clear understanding of root cause analysis also initiating and tracking action plans
- High customer focus and teamwork spirit
- Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily operational issues
Job Description
- Follow-up orders received on OTM by using PBI reports
- Follow up booking and loading status of the shipments
- Monitoring / track & trace AWBs / BLs via airline / shipping line websites
- Supporting daily / weekly / monthly KPI data preparation
- Checking shipping instructions from suppliers and other documents (Invoice, PL etc.)
- Tracking all in transit shipments and in case of ETA changes, asking for root cause from carriers and updating new ETA on tracking system
- Tracking actual arrivals with carriers and updating on transport system (OTM)
- Daily problem escalation and informing customer about delays
- Attending and hosting customer DDS with the regional planning teams
- Non-value-added costs and demurrage control on daily basis and root cause analysing
