LLP - Air and Ocean Transport Planner

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year Import, Export, International Logistics and Supply Chain operations experience
  • Air and Sea freight operations experience is required
  • Minimum Upper-Intermediate level in English both verbal and writing is a must
  • Microsoft Office Programs knowledge (Outlook and Excel must, Power BI knowledge is a plus)
  • Shipping documentation knowledge & preparation (Invoice, ATR, CMR, BL etc.)
  • Experience in Oracle Transport Management System (OTM) is a plus
  • Clear understanding of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and basic knowledge of KPI preparation
  • Clear understanding of root cause analysis also initiating and tracking action plans
  • High customer focus and teamwork spirit
  • Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily operational issues

Job Description
  • Follow-up orders received on OTM by using PBI reports
  • Follow up booking and loading status of the shipments
  • Monitoring / track & trace AWBs / BLs via airline / shipping line websites
  • Supporting daily / weekly / monthly KPI data preparation
  • Checking shipping instructions from suppliers and other documents (Invoice, PL etc.)
  • Tracking all in transit shipments and in case of ETA changes, asking for root cause from carriers and updating new ETA on tracking system
  • Tracking actual arrivals with carriers and updating on transport system (OTM)
  • Daily problem escalation and informing customer about delays
  • Attending and hosting customer DDS with the regional planning teams
  • Non-value-added costs and demurrage control on daily basis and root cause analysing
