We&rsquo;re Hiring | BakerLocation: Waltons Confectionery, Saar, BahrainWaltons Confectionery is looking for a passionate and experienced Baker to join our growing team. We specialise in premium, health conscious products, including gluten free, plant based, refined sugar free breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and other baked goods to a consistently high standard.</li><li>Follow and accurately execute recipes and production schedules.</li><li>Assist with recipe development and product innovation.</li><li>Ensure all products meet Waltons&rsquo; quality and presentation standards.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment.</li><li>Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.</li><li>Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience as a professional baker.</li><li>Experience with artisan breads, cakes and pastries is preferred.</li><li>Experience with gluten free and plant based baking is an advantage.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and consistency.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.</li><li>Reliable, responsible and punctual.</li><li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>A supportive and creative working environment.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with an expanding premium caf&eacute; and chocolate factory.</li><li>Immediate start available.</li></ul>To ApplyPlease send your CV to 38884282Pay: BD180.000 - BD220.000 per hourWork Location: In person
