Location: Waltons Confectionery, Saar, Bahrain

Waltons Confectionery is looking for a passionate and experienced Baker to join our growing team. We specialise in premium, health conscious products, including gluten free, plant based, refined sugar free breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and other baked goods to a consistently high standard.
• Follow and accurately execute recipes and production schedules.
• Assist with recipe development and product innovation.
• Ensure all products meet Waltons’ quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a professional baker.
• Experience with artisan breads, cakes and pastries is preferred.
• Experience with gluten free and plant based baking is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
