What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:

Be the friendly face that welcomes visitors and directs them with ease</li><li>
Keep our schedules on track &mdash; manage calendars, appointments, and meetings</li><li>
Coordinate travel plans like a pro (flights, hotels, car rentals &mdash; you name it!)</li><li>
Prepare and distribute polished, confidential communications</li><li>
Keep the mailroom stocked and organized</li><li>
Monitor incoming mail and route it efficiently</li><li>
Assist with reports, expense tracking, and other key administrative tasks</li><li>
Organize industry trade show details</li><li>
Support projects from start to finish with minimal supervision</li><li>
Jump in wherever needed &mdash; flexibility is key!</li></ul>
What You Bring to the Table:

Top-notch written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
